The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 2 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.

Bansidhar Customs provides Pan India delivery for car accessories, car care products, infotainment systems, lighting solutions, interior upgrades, exterior accessories, and other automotive products.
Orders are processed and shipped from our shops in Dwarka, Delhi.

- Customized or special-order products may require additional processing time.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

The estimated delivery timeline for most orders across India is 3 to 10 business days, depending on the delivery location, courier availability, and product type.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on:

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.
- If the package appears damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours.
- Any issue related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
7. Delivery Delays
Bansidhar Customs shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, government restrictions, incorrect shipping details, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Installation & Product Compatibility
Certain automotive accessories may require professional installation. Customers are advised to verify compatibility with their vehicle before purchase.
Bansidhar Customs is not responsible for damages caused due to improper installation by third parties.
